Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within target accounts
- Outbound prospecting via calls, Linked In, and email
- Engaging, qualifying, and nurturing leads into sales‑ready opportunities
- Researching accounts and key decision‑makers to drive pipeline growth
- Managing and updating CRM (Hub Spot preferred)
- Working closely with Account Executives to support the sales cycle
- Consistently achieving outreach and opportunity targets
- 1-2 years experience in sales, business development, SDR
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Resilient, proactive, and target‑driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and manage conversations effectively
- Exposure to SaaS sales
- Understanding of rewards incentives or gift card industries
