Responsibilities
- Support the sales operation to ensure an excellent customer experience and generate revenue.
- Find, develop and manage multiple key accounts.
- Work with multiple customers and Account Managers across MENA.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including orders, ensuring smooth operation.
- Collaborate with customers and sales to submit accurate internal forecasts.
- Understand, articulate, and sell propositions with customers.
- Identify and convert opportunities; manage sales forecasts.
- Deal with complex enquiries and sales leads promptly.
- Proactively identify and map new business opportunities with System Integrators and CSPs.
- Achieve sales targets and growth.
- Develop appropriate channel sales strategy.
- Understand and articulate product and service propositions.
- Convert business development opportunities across the sector.
- Provide strategic reviews, internal and external.
- Negotiate with stakeholders.
- Understand the global market to identify future customer and product requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in IT and/or business administration.
- 3-5 years of sales experience with ability to sell and negotiate.
- High quality of work to maximize new business opportunities.
- Can‑do attitude and self‑motivation with problem‑solving skills.
- Experience operating both internally and externally.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Strong team player.
- Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts is a plus.
- Extremely proactive, highly organized, proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity.
