Field Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade

Position Summary

Nestl Waters is the global leader in bottled water proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestl Pure Life in Saudi Arabia. As part of our commercial expansion we are seeking a Field Sales Supervisor – Traditional Trade to join our Riyadh team. This role focuses on driving growth, executional excellence, and customer partnerships in retail channel.

Achieving monthly and annual sales targets: volume, value.

Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, and success rate.

Follow up and audit the collection from the customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.

Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills.

Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies.

Utilize sales tools and software to track performance and manage customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
