Fintech Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a results‑driven Fintech Sales Executive to drive client acquisition across both B2B SMEs and B2C segments. The role focuses on identifying potential customers in need of financing solutions, onboarding them onto the platform, and managing the sales cycle until successful funding is achieved. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, banking, or lending products with a strong ability to meet sales targets and build client relationships.

• Identify and acquire new clients – SMEs and individual customers seeking financing
• Promote and explain financing solutions available on the platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure
• Guide clients through the application and onboarding process
• Coordinate with internal teams and financing partners to ensure deal completion
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunism, and conversions
• Stay updated on financing products and market trends
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or lending companies
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in B2B, SME, and/or B2C retail sales is highly preferred
• Good understanding of financial products such as loans, credit facilities, or leasing
• Experience in direct sales, relationship management, or client acquisition
• Familiarity with the Saudi market
• Language:
  • Arabic – Fluent
  • English – Good
