Sales Representative

Business Development

Identify and generate new business opportunities for freight forwarding and logistics services, especially LTL land transportation. Develop leads through outdoor sales visits, networking, cold calling, and client referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term business growth. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, quotations, and shipment updates.

Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups to increase customer engagement and conversions.

Prepare accurate pricing proposals and freight quotations based on customer requirements. Negotiate rates and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling and timely delivery of shipments. Monitor shipment status and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Stay updated with logistics market trends, competitor activities, and transportation regulations. Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market analysis for management review.

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations, especially LTL shipments.
• Proven experience in outdoor sales and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, and Hindi is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• Knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations is an advantage.
