Account Executive – Cisco

We are looking for an Account Executive to grow Cisco's business with a major Service Provider customer in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on customer experience, becoming a trusted advisor, and owning Cisco's Account Management Business Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional team members to deliver complete business solutions.
  • Plan and implement the sales strategy to meet agreed landmarks, timescales, and sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development reports.
  • Anticipate changes in the opportunities, market, customer needs, and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, including CxO, to drive long-term strategic engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
Employment Details

Hybrid, Full Time
48 hours per week

Position starts 8th May for approximately 4‑6 weeks.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5‑10 years of proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships with technical decision‑makers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong business sense, flexibility, and adaptability to a high‑energy, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience with telecom/service provider customers.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco or competitive technology and business knowledge.
  • Ability to understand customers' business drivers and align them to Cisco solutions.
  • Negotiation skills to craft solutions beneficial to both customers and Cisco.
  • Strong operational excellence and financial competence.
