Position Overview

The Account Manager (AM) in Saudi Arabia is responsible for proactively building new clients and expanding assigned territories by collaborating closely with Trend

AI’s Technical, Channel Partner, and Marketing teams. The Regional Account Manager drives the sales performance of the region, acting as a trusted advisor who articulates and promotes Trend Micro’s value proposition and services to customers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to drive adoption of Trend Micro technologies and services.
  • Increase market share within the defined territory and develop market strategies for each product and service.
  • Leverage knowledge of the territory to connect with CIOs/CISOs and create growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Marketing, and Sales Head to present the right value proposition to Channel CEOs and associated sales and technical teams.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals in line with BU objectives.
  • Develop relationships with partner ecosystems such as AWS, Microsoft, VMware, and Google.
  • Apply expertise in security frameworks (Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR) and security platforms (SIEM, SOAR).
  • Document and maintain all account information in Salesforce for opportunity management, accurate revenue forecasting, and account planning.
  • Communicate relevant information to stakeholders to facilitate decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain client contacts by understanding their business and requirements.
  • Consult customers on cyber‑security initiatives and sustain engagement from demos through post‑implementation support.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings and calls.
  • Join account review meetings to discuss customer experience, service performance, client feedback, and future opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the security industry.
  • Account Management certifications such as SPIN or TAS are highly regarded.
  • Sales‑based certifications and security certifications.
  • Exposure to both end‑customer environments and channel sales.
  • Proven ability to sell value to CIOs and navigate complex multi‑customer scenarios with technical and sales expertise.
  • Experience in commercial account management.
  • Knowledge of competition, emerging cybersecurity technologies, cloud, digital transformation, IIoT, industry trends, and relevant country regulations.
  • Growth‑oriented mindset and collaborative experience across technical, marketing, and channel functions.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build senior executive relationships.
  • Ability to present business value propositions and complex technology solutions in clear, business‑friendly language.
