Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result‑driven Business Development Executive on a contract basis for our industrial trading and fabrication business in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, bringing industrial clients, conducting outdoor sales activities, registering vendors, and promoting fabrication and material trading services to companies in Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, Chemical, and related industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct outdoor client visits and business meetings.
  • Register the company as a vendor with major companies and contractors.
  • Generate RFQs, inquiries, and sales leads for fabrication works and industrial material supply.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement departments, project managers, and decision‑makers.
  • Promote company services related to fabrication, industrial supplies, and trading.
  • Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and project opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial requirements.
  • Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.
Qualifications
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Has a strong understanding of fabrication processes, industrial products, and market dynamics.
  • Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is a plus.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
