Role Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing and closing B2B compliance and ISO certification opportunities in Saudi Arabia by following a structured multi-track sales approach.

  • Primary Track: ISO 22000 – SFDA food safety compliance.
  • Parallel Track: ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Selectively Track: ISO 27001 – Information Security.

The role requires discipline, maturity and the ability to diagnose compliance pressure and follow the correct sales track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • Lead sales activities primarily for ISO 22000 SFDA-regulated food businesses.
  • Handle ISO 45001 opportunities for construction, industrial and contractor clients when H&S triggers exist.
  • Handle ISO 27001 opportunities selectively for IT service and enterprise clients when contract or regulatory requirements exist.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct professional discovery and diagnostic calls focused on regulatory pressure, inspection or audit risk, legal and contractual requirements.
  • Engage with decision makers such as Food Safety, Quality Managers, QHSE Managers, Operations Managers, General Managers and Owners.
  • Clearly position ISO standards as risk-reduction and compliance tools, not certificates.
  • Follow the company’s mandatory sales checklist before issuing proposals, sharing pricing, engaging technical teams.
  • Accurately document all opportunities in CRM, including compliance track ISO 22000, 45001, 27001, urgency and decision timeline, decision maker details.
  • Avoid multi-ISO pitching without a confirmed trigger.
  • Coordinate with technical, audit and training teams to ensure correct scoping, realistic timelines and compliance-focused proposals.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling of training and integrated systems within existing clients.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience in ISO certification consultancy. Mandatory.
  • Compliance or regulatory services preferred.
  • QHSE, food safety, H&S services preferred.
  • B2B professional services in regulated industries mandatory.
  • Experience selling to Saudi Arabian companies is mandatory.
Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of ISO 22000.
  • Strong advantage: ISO 45001.
  • Advantage: ISO 27001.
  • Awareness of SFDA inspection environment.
  • Compliance-driven buying behavior in KSA.
  • Audit-level technical knowledge is NOT required.
Skills
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to speak confidently with management.
  • Structured and disciplined sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English and Arabic. Mandatory.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
