Digital Sales Manager

We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager. In this role you will be the heart of growth, retention, and customer satisfaction with Technogym Digital Solutions. You have excellent consulting skills as the role requires elements of sales, project implementation, and delivery, education, and customer retention. You have a passion for fitness, digital technology, and wellness and are achievement-driven, a strong team leader, and a professional with exceptional customer relationship skills.

Achieve sales and profitability targets of digital services, software, hardware, and devices. Monitor the performance of the digital portfolio: sales, users, installations, renewal rate, etc., highlighting gaps and opportunities. Coordinate the network of Digital Sales Specialists, making sure they work in line with the culture and their required productivity levels. Support Field Sales and Key Accounts in pre‑sales activities, providing product training to the sales force on the subject of our Wellness Network products and services.

Support the National Key Account Managers to build rapport with the CTO, CIO, CDO, promoting the digital offering and guaranteeing execution. Within the guidelines provided by the HQs, create partnerships with local membership software companies and approved third parties. Provide reliable, structured Forecast and Pipeline Management. Monitor competitors, pricing, product features, etc., providing proactive market feedback to HQ. Interact with Marketing & Sales Managers to define tailored solutions and initiatives for each vertical market.

Promote and plan initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction. Monitor discounts to maximize profitability. Support product launches, promotion and commercial activities to generate leads – i.e. exhibitions, direct Mktg, e‑Mktg. Build best practices based on successful real customer case histories to promote the range of digital solutions on the market. Lead the team by maximizing performance, people development, and engagement according to company culture.

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. You are a go‑getter with a desire to succeed and exceed in achieving your targets, and a solution‑oriented, results‑driven team player.

What you should bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B field position in premium sales
  • Advanced use of software: web, social media, ICT devices and tools, and cloud services
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • CRM knowledge and implementation
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience in selling services, especially digital solutions
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Integrity and loyalty
  • Can‑do attitude – self‑motivated and proactive
