Key Responsibilities
- Identify target and acquire new customers across sectors such as Government, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Hospitality, Banking and Enterprise.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct cold calling, networking, client visits, door‑to‑door meetings and field sales activities to build a strong customer pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, key stakeholders and prospective clients.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to support sales growth initiatives.
- Sales Cycle Management – Manage the complete end‑to‑end sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through proposal submission, negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain a healthy and well‑documented sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular follow‑ups.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely closure of opportunities while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Solution Selling & Client Engagement – Promote and sell a wide portfolio of ICT and communication solutions including Networking Solutions, Unified Communications, CCTV & Surveillance Systems, Structured Cabling, Servers & Infrastructure Solutions, Critical Communications TETRA PMR Radio Systems, Cybersecurity Solutions, Low Current & Security Systems, Digital Transformation Solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Understand customer pain points and position solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Coordinate with internal technical and pre‑sales teams for solution design and proposal support when required.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts to ensure successful and profitable deal closures.
- Support payment follow‑ups and ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders post‑sales.
- Saudi Nationality is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in ICT sales, technology solutions sales, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of one or more areas such as networking, unified communications, CCTV & surveillance, cybersecurity, structured cabling, servers, or critical communication systems.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and consistently achieve targets.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Valid Saudi driving license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience handling Government, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Hospitality, Banking, or Enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking systems.
- Existing network within the Saudi ICT market would be an added advantage.
