Main Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve sales targets set by management.
- Identify sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to tailor strategies that align with hotel business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients (corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders) to generate business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Respond to client inquiries, conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and address client needs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to motivate the team and align with sales goals.
- Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with team and management, and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to drive bookings, increase revenue, and promote hotel services.
- Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to evaluate performance, track trends, and identify improvement areas, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Coordinate sales efforts for events, conferences, group bookings, and special promotions, collaborating with events, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Work with revenue management team to optimize room rates, pricing strategies, and revenue streams based on market demand and competition, implementing upselling, package offerings, and cross-selling strategies.
