Job Summary / Objective

The Sales Executive (Junior) supports the sales team in identifying new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in closing deals for IT solutions and services. The role focuses on learning the sales process, building product knowledge, and supporting customer engagement activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leads generation efforts by qualifying incoming inquiries and conducting initial outreach.
  • Assist in updating sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Help follow up on marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective clients.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and sales calls.
  • Participate in client conversations and note key requirements for follow-up by senior sales staff.
  • Help maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and quotes with input from senior team members.
  • Support document collection and submission for RFPs, contracts, and client onboarding.
  • Ensure that client documents and sales materials are updated and organized.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team by coordinating internally with the marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment during the sales cycle.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates.
  • Maintain basic CRM hygiene (client data, opportunity status, meeting logs).
  • Provide weekly summaries of assigned leads and prospects.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to build rapport.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Basic Microsoft product awareness is a plus.
