Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily sales operations
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and invoices
  • Update customer data in the CRM system
  • Follow up on orders and client requests
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates
  • Schedule meetings and support the sales team
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution
  • Support clients after sales when needed
  • Track sales progress and assist with account management
In the events & ticketing industry
  • Coordinate event setup on the platform
  • Follow up with organizers and partners
  • Monitor promo codes and ticket sales reports
  • Coordinate with operations and customer support teams
  • Ensure smooth event launch and sales process
Requirements
  • Must be a Saudi national
  • Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
