We are hiring sales associates to focus on outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and closing for our product. The role involves connecting with leads, determining fit, moving leads through the sales pipeline, and pushing toward lead closure when possible.
What You Will Do- Achieve Targets:
Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. - Lead Generation and Acquisition:
Generate new leads through digital marketing campaigns and industry networking. Convert demo sessions into confirmed sales. - Relationship Management:
Establish relationships with new strategic partners and maintain positive business relationships with existing and potential partners. - CRM Proficiency:
Use CRM systems to follow up on projects, cases, and customers, ensuring meticulous tracking and reporting of sales activities. - Data-Driven Approach:
Leverage data and CRM insights to inform sales strategies and optimize performance. - Pipeline Generation:
Generate a sales pipeline that is at least four times the monthly quota. - Skill Development:
Complete all scheduled training sessions on new product features and advanced sales techniques, achieving high scores on product knowledge assessments. - Innovative Mindset:
Contribute creative ideas to drive business growth.
- Educational Background: BS/BA in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:
2‑3 years of direct sales experience in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS industries is preferred; fresh graduates with a passion for SaaS sales are also considered. - Analytical

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent communication in English and Arabic; fluency in other languages is a plus. - Mobility:
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car with willingness to conduct fieldwork. - Independence:
Self‑starter capable of working independently across functional groups and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Adaptability:
Flexibility to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. - Passion:

- Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or F&B industry.
- A proactive approach with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Restaurant operations experience is a plus.
