We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience in prospecting and building new sales opportunities through proactive, direct outreach. This role is primarily outbound-focused, with approximately 80% of the workload dedicated to prospecting, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, and generating new business opportunities through calls and various outreach channels. The remaining 20% involves handling inbound leads from marketing or other channels and converting them into sales opportunities.

This role is designed for proactive pipeline builders and new business hunters – not a role centered around receiving ready‑to‑buy inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously prospect and engage new potential customers through phone calls, email, Whats App, Linked In, and other outreach channels.
  • Build and develop a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Manage a high volume of daily sales activities to maintain a consistent opportunity flow.
  • Understand customer needs and assess the fit of Rewaa's solutions for their business.
  • Qualify prospects and convert them into genuine sales opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects across multiple touchpoints to maximize close rates and drive revenue.
  • Update and document all activities and data accurately within the CRM system.
  • Handle inbound leads assigned from marketing or other channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets related to sales activities and revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, or Tele‑Sales.
  • Proven track record in prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
  • Ability to confidently engage business owners and decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
