Role Objective:
To manage and grow key client accounts in the IT sector, deliver tailored technology solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets while overseeing financial performance and compliance.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key IT clients ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and propose customized IT solutions (cybersecurity, infrastructure, software, managed services).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, implementation, and support teams for successful solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and channels to expand sales in the assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Odoo for lead, opportunity, and deal management.
- Promote the company and its services within the region.
- Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement procedures to maximize efficiency and standardization.

- Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Sales, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Owns a private car and is willing to travel when needed.
- Ability to present complex IT solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Odoo CRM.
