Role Details

Role & responsibilities
  • Build and execute strategic account plans for downstream Oil & Gas customers in Saudi Arabia, driving revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.
  • Leverage strong industry knowledge and existing relationships within Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for digital automation solutions.
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts by strengthening stakeholder relationships, maximizing adoption of digital products, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to develop customer solutions, support project execution, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Build Client’s digital solution brand awareness and market presence across Saudi Arabia while identifying new market opportunities and maintaining credibility with customers.
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce and other sales tools for pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity tracking, and sales process standardization.
  • Follow up on commercial activities, including payment milestones, while continuously enhancing product, technical, and industry knowledge.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment and support additional business initiatives as required.
Candidate requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Software/Technology Sales, preferably within the downstream Oil & Gas industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong track record of identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing deals.
  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Based in Riyadh and willing to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia to manage customer relationships and business opportunities.
