Position: Public Relations and Marketing Expert_Riyadh Bus (f/m/d)

For Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a passionate Public Relations and Marketing Expert (m/f/d).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement public relations and marketing strategies to support public transport services and enhance ridership
  • Plan and execute awareness campaigns for bus services, AFC systems (ticketing), and IT/AVM passenger information systems
  • Manage brand positioning and communication materials, ensuring consistency across all channels (digital, print, on‑ground)
  • Lead stakeholder and public engagement initiatives, including coordination with authorities, media, and community groups
  • Oversee media relations, including press releases, briefings, and crisis communication management
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and market trends to inform service improvements
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely passenger information dissemination (e.g., service changes, disruptions)
  • Track and report campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, ensuring continuous improvement of marketing activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PR and marketing, preferably in transport, infrastructure, or public sector projects
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering large‑scale communication and awareness campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of media relations, branding, and digital marketing channels (social media, web, campaigns)
  • Experience managing public‑facing communications in operational environments (e.g., transport systems, smart city services)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer insights, data, and campaign performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multi‑disciplinary and multi‑cultural teams
