Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients across various industries who are in need of digital marketing services such as eCommerce solutions, social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Present the company's services to prospective clients and clearly demonstrate how these services can help grow their business.
  • Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to gather feedback, resolve any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or introducing additional services.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to increase the company's client base and revenue.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their marketing needs and offer tailored digital solutions accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity within the digital marketing and eCommerce space.
  • Represent the company at business events, networking opportunities, and marketing exhibitions to promote services and generate leads.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including content, design and advertising to ensure the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B sales experience.
  • Digital Marketing Agencies experience.
  • Solid experience selling E‑commerce websites.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • The ability to translate complex business concepts into easy‑to‑understand strategies and tasks.
  • Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
