Insurance Sales Agent

Profession Insurance Sales Agent – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Salary: 1300$ per month. We are currently hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in insurance sales and a strong understanding of the insurance industry. As an Insurance Sales Agent you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients and providing excellent customer service.

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by identifying their insurance needs and offering suitable policies.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and other sales strategies.
• Educate clients on different types of insurance policies and assist them in choosing the right coverage for their needs.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients and follow up until the sale is closed.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and competitors’ offerings to effectively sell our products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.

• Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of insurance policies, their coverage, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is preferred but not required.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. The contract may be extended based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is required for this position.
