Join AlWatania Information Systems as an Account Manager, where you will be at the forefront of client engagement and business growth. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage client accounts effectively, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs and company objectives. Your expertise will drive successful client outcomes and contribute to the continuous expansion of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and coordinating internal resources
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure retention
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients effectively
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management or client relations, preferably within the technology industry
  • Familiarity with SAP or YPP programs is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously with a strong focus on detail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
