Job Purpose
Full responsibility for achieving the targeted sales plan for each distributor, including managing the distributor's account and serving them through sales, delivery, collection, and credit management, in accordance with the applicable regulations and controls. This ensures the interests of the distributor are met, their rights are preserved, and their business relationship with the company continues in the wholesale market.
Full responsibility for representing alfanar before its distributors and protecting their rights, ensuring the continuity of the business relationship with the distributor and achieving the company's strategic sales and marketing objectives in the wholesale market.
Key Accountability AreasSales Management
- Achieve the targeted sales plan for each distributor.
- Manage distributor accounts, including sales, delivery, collection, and credit management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and controls.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Represent Alfanar before its distributors, protecting their rights and ensuring the continuity of the business relationship.
- Conduct periodic interactions with distributors to gather feedback and understand their needs.
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within distributor accounts to drive growth.
- Research market trends and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities.
Problem Solving & Support
- Address distributor concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
- Communicate distributor requirements and challenges to internal teams for resolution.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure distributor satisfaction and timely fulfillment of commitments.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales activities and distributor engagement metrics.
- Prepare and share performance summaries with the sales team or management.
- Maintain accurate records of distributor interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Internal Coordination & Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams, including customer service, product, and marketing, to meet distributor needs.
- Share distributor feedback with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in coordinating efforts to implement distributor-specific requirements or initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Work Experience2 to 4 years.
