We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join Noblessa German Kitchens Showroom in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities- Enable Sales Team to act as a first‑class ambassador of the brand – proactively follows the Sales Process / Methodology.
- Establish daily routine to remind team on key sales success factors.
- Provide excellent professional work environment to support sales team in all directions, all displays and accessories, catering available. Maintain the showroom structure at a high level (floor, paint, lighting signboard).
- Secure teamwork and organize best practice exchange between sales team members.
- Supervise and manage the Showroom in all aspects to provide professional sales environment.
- Train Sales team about new kitchen designs, features and appliances.
- Secure maximum turnover to the company and avoid approaches by suppliers to gain business through company client contacts.
- Jump into the sales process where salesperson reaches limits in client negotiations, act as higher authority, and underline the importance of client relationship.
- Make provisions to apply the sales budget, monitor the showroom performance, and discuss corrective action if required.
- Ensure any walk‑in customer is seated at the sales desk with the sales team.
- Actively monitor updates about kitchen and appliance displays in the showroom, make sure discontinued kitchens are removed, and check with the Appliance Department to display only in‑stock appliances.
- Secure promotion material and promotion sign boards are installed in a timely manner; the sales team is aware of promotion details.
- Make random checks on measurements and kitchen designs in cooperation with salesmen.
- Secure technical precise and complete Purchase Order documentation, establish a review routine to avoid time‑intensive and costly revisions, and keep quality focus with salesmen.
- Establish best‑practice review – remind every salesperson about the key elements to successfully close a contract (Sales Methodology).
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions (daily, weekly, monthly) to remind sales team about sales methodology.
- Revisit showroom outlook and design details; discuss possible changes with the sales team.
- Secure collection of contact details of walk‑in customers who do not receive a kitchen design, to allow follow‑up marketing activity.
- Check follow‑up activity by each salesperson and help focus on follow‑up.
- Ensure the showroom is in the best condition, clean, tidy, and all kitchen displays are 100% well installed.
- Secure compliance with the monthly store checklist carried out by Line Management.
- Secure proper documentation of the down‑payment process, especially full customer details on checks collected. Complete customer file and secure proper filing in showroom premises.
- Secure complete customer file and proper filing, e.g., secure all signatures are collected.
- Maintain petty cash, secure expenditure record, and send it regularly to finance.
- Take strict measures to avoid salesmen approaching suppliers to gain business through company salesmen, especially appliance suppliers.
- Contribute to the development of company vision, mission, and corporate strategy, to ensure the company maximises its short, medium, and long‑term profitability and returns to its shareholders.
- Contribute to translating the company’s overarching strategy into business plans for the function and ensure performance is effectively monitored and managed to achieve company and function strategic objectives.
- Monitor that the team follows policies and procedures in their dealings.
- Ensure an appropriate internal control framework is in place within the company to manage key business risks.
- Ensure the company operates in an environment of strong corporate governance and timely compliance with all obligations.
- Audit obligations (internal or external).
- Proven experience in showroom, retail, or sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to oversee daily showroom operations and maintain exceptional service standards
- Experience in luxury kitchens, furniture, interiors, or premium retail is highly preferred
- Passion for premium products and delivering outstanding customer experiences
