Saudi Nationals Only | Sales Manager - Real Estate
Binghatti KSA is hiring a Sales Manager to join its real estate team. This role is exclusively for Saudi Nationals with strong passion for sales and property development.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Welcome and engage with clients and accurately understand their real estate needs.
- Present available projects and units and clearly explain their details and key features.
- Following up with potential clients consistently and converting leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Regularly update client information in the sales management system.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process.
Saudi National (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Previous experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
Fluent in Arabic;
English proficiency is an advantage
