About the RoleAs a Sales Account Manager
, you will act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for high-profile clients across the GCC.
You will drive new business acquisition while managing enterprise sales cycles and developing long-term executive relationships. Working closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, consulting, customer success), you will deliver solutions that generate measurable business impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, campaigns, and industry events
- Build and maintain a strong and reliable sales pipeline
- Drive revenue growth by closing new strategic deals
- Lead the entire enterprise sales process from opportunity identification to contract signature
- Identify customer needs, decision-makers, governance structures, and buying processes
- Deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations
- Coordinate and respond to RFIs/RFPs
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and statements of work
- Negotiate SaaS subscription and professional services agreements
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor account performance and proactively drive growth
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting data
- Monitor revenue, accounts receivable, and contract renewals
- Support internal business reviews and account planning processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales
- Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Proven track record of closing high-value strategic deals
- Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
- Results-driven, autonomous, and customer-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
