Position Title:

INTERNAL ACCOUNT SUPPORT

Location:

Al Khobar or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Full-time, Permanent

Level: Mid-level

Responsibilities
  • Respond in a timely manner to all customer requests and inquiries for standard information such as pricing and delivery time.
  • Send pricing or promotional information from accounts driven by account managers, and provide special discounts to increase booking billing at the end of the month or quarter.
  • Promote and offer new product introductions and basic training to key accounts and key channels as required by account managers.
  • Provide fact‑based input to Business Units to help specify new customer requirements and successfully define customer and vertical market solution propositions that add quantifiable value for the customer.
  • Enter quotations for specials and send the quote to the requester.
  • Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a customer‑facing role in an industrial environment. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP) is advantageous.
  • Communication skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility & Proactivity:
    Ability to work successfully in a fast‑paced environment, with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
  • Languages:

    Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
