ADE; Account Development Executive

ADE (Account Development Executive) - Riyadh, KSA - Full time

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted areas (typically within urban centers and surrounding areas)
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply
• Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application, vetting, onboarding process
• Track lead activity and manage pipeline
• Partner with Account Mangers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed
• Other duties as assigned related to the recruitment and retention of businesses
  * Track all activities and outcomes
• Relationship management with acquired Stores
• Ability to understand Metrics and work against goals
  * Drive engagement with Stores
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Scouting updates
• Flexible Working (Week offs could be any days of the week, not mandated at Sat and Sun)
• Follow up with partners & track their performance.
• Understand operational metrics and work with partners toward achieving their targets.

• Experience in Field sales 2 to 5 years.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
• Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
• Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field
• Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)
• Ability to be in market up to 9 hours daily
• Malayalam, English and Urdu language a plus
