ALBAR GCC is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Executive to champion our market growth, secure premium event partnerships, and drive new business opportunities.
About ALBAR GCCAL BAR GCC is an innovative beverage catering and mobile bars company specializing in crafting premium, bespoke beverage experiences. Known for our expertise in customization, we design signature drinks and beverage concepts tailored to the unique style of every occasion. We deliver exceptional experiences across diverse sectors in Saudi Arabia, including Government, Corporate, Private and Luxury Weddings.
The Role (Riyadh | Full-Time | On-Site)As our Senior Sales Executive, your primary mission will be to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities. You will be the driving force behind our lead generation, turning cold prospects into premium partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development: Actively hunt, identify, and secure new revenue streams and event partnerships across corporate, government, and luxury sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term connections with event planners, corporate clients, and luxury brands.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed growth targets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Structure proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
- Market Insights: Conduct continuous market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor movements, and new high-value event opportunities.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent ALBAR GCC at industry events to network, build visibility, and generate high-quality leads.
- Proven track record as a top-performing Sales Executive, ideally within the events, hospitality, luxury services, or catering sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Natural hunter mentality with a passion for lead generation and closing deals.
- Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and adapt to bespoke client requests.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is requied.
- Based in Riyadh.
