As the authorized distributor of Domino Printing, we help manufacturers improve product identification, compliance, efficiency, and traceability across a wide range of industries including food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, packaging, personal care, and industrial manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Domino coding and marking solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing industrial customers.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer production processes and recommend suitable coding and traceability solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Follow up on leads, opportunities, and ongoing projects until successful closure.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, automation, packaging, coding & marking, or manufacturing-related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes.
- Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage.
