You are passionate about B2B sales in complex, high-value environments. You understand the banking ecosystem and know how to engage with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.

At Adria Business & Technology
, we design and deliver banking software solutions that support the digital transformation of financial institutions across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.

Our solutions are currently deployed in over 75 financial institutions across more than 20 countries.

We are now expanding our footprint in Saudi Arabia and are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business development and strengthen our presence with financial institutions.

What you will be responsible for
  • Identify and develop a portfolio of banks and financial institutions
  • Promote our digital banking and banking software solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing)
  • Negotiate and close commercial deals
  • Ensure client follow-up and long-term relationships
  • Represent Adria at industry events, conferences, and banking forums
  • Contribute to the regional commercial strategy
What we are looking for
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in banking software, fintech, or enterprise software is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi banking ecosystem
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Autonomous, results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)

This is not a typical sales role

We are looking for someone who can build and structure a market
, not just manage accounts.
