We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand sales within a growing specialty coffee business
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee, café, or F&B sales
, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, developing new business channels, and managing key client relationships.
The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships across retail and corporate segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
, including B2B, retail, and wholesale channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners
. - Drive sales of coffee products, beans, beverages, and related offerings
. - Explore and develop new revenue streams such as bulk sales, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the coffee and F&B industry.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements and contracts
. - Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and service delivery
. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in coffee, specialty coffee, or F&B industry
. - Strong network within hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of coffee products, market trends, and customer preferences
. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
