Roleoverview
We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our global business. Reporting directly to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build relationships and drive monetization of the Fresha platform in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment.
* Arabic speaking is a mandatory requirement.
Commercial Growth- Accountability: Meet KPIs on monetization and revenue growth by engaging and educating Partners on the value of Fresha.
- Conversion: Introduce, educate and convert Partners to Fresha’s payments solution.
- Optimise: Optimize listing content and availability competitiveness on the marketplace to maximize conversions.
- Partnership: Serve as a dedicated advisor for a pool of Partner accounts, assisting them on product adoption.
- Guidance: Advise Partners on suitable product selection based on their needs.
- Engagement: Build strong Partner Experience through video meetings and communication of Fresha features and benefits.
- Collaboration: Build key internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition and handover.
- Feedback: Collaborate with Product teams to provide feedback to enhance future releases.
- Sales: Use consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and upsell and cross‑sell Fresha Platform.
- Partner Facing: Demonstrable experience delivering commercial outcomes in a partner facing role.
- Commercially Motivated: Show commercial motivation with ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Analytical: Proven experience analyzing data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
- Initiative: Proactively learn and improve.
- Outbound Sales: Previous experience in outbound call or related sales position preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Innovative: Creative thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
- Relationship Building: Ability to influence across the business.
- Team Player: Willing to assist the team when required.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in fast‑paced and changing environment.
