Promoting and selling company products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly and constantly. The Product Specialist tasks also involve performing after‑sales support functions such as conducting In‑Service Training, following up on collections, and maintaining a good relationship with customers.
Job Responsibilities- Perform consultative sales with prospective clients, identifying or creating the need for Imdad products and continuously updating all customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing and new customers to promote Imdad's products and determine other opportunities.
- Generate and develop new client business accounts.
- Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services at customer sites, applying successful negotiation and sales closure techniques.
- Provide adequate information about new prospects and clients in terms of ownership, working physicians, relevant client equipment, and status, and update the customer database with proper contact details, email, and phone numbers.
- Submit sales and marketing reports on a weekly basis in a timely manner.
- Assist in following up accounts receivables for responsible sales accounts.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision makers, doctors, and key customer personnel, always working to enhance such relations.
- Effectively use the company’s sales aids and marketing data to secure deals.
- Attend conferences and workshops as required.
- Conduct professional in‑service training for customers’ end users on system applications.
- Possess market awareness of competitors’ activities, events, and pricing changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioscience, Nursing, or another scientific related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales; experience in Dermatology line is a plus.
- Valid KSA driving license and access to a company vehicle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (required).
- Effective time management, organization, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to perform well under pressure.
