Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Sales Specialist with strong experience in selling Telecom OSS/BSS solutions, Managed Services, Digital Transformation, and Telecom Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of telecom domain knowledge and a proven track record in business development, account management, and revenue generation.
This role requires a balanced approach of 50% new business acquisition (Hunting) and 50% account management (Farming), with responsibility for driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence within telecom operators and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development (50%)- Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within telecom operators and enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across OSS/BSS and telecom transformation portfolios.
- Build long‑term relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Develop account growth plans and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support successful project delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers' technology and transformation initiatives.
