FHCS Junior Salesman

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by maximizing shelf share in store and checking assortment to minimize out of stock.
• Define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promo event in line with company targets.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximize potential of each store.
• Maximize local promotional orders in line with given targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Regular reporting of results.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders:
  Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales, KAM, Customer Service, Retailers, and 3rd party Merchandising Companies.

• At least secondary school degree (higher education an advantage).
• 0–3 years of FMCG Field Sales experience.
• Up‑to‑date market knowledge.
• Understanding merchandising processes.
• Understanding sales tools & practices.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and organised individual.
• Ability to build relationship with key contacts.
• Entrepreneurial‑mindset.
