We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage and expand business opportunities and other strategic customers within Saudi Arabia. The role requires a strong blend of account management, telecom solution sales, and relationship-building capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including business and technical teams.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.
- Coordinate with technical, delivery, and pre‑sales teams to develop customer‑centric solutions.
- Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Lead contract negotiations and support deal closure activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure successful service delivery.
- Drive revenue growth through telecom and ICT solution sales.
- Generate opportunities for connectivity, managed services, cloud, data center, security, and digital transformation solutions.
- Develop strategic relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Telecom Sales, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or ICT Solution Sales.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, networking, cloud, data center, and managed services.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience working with telecom operators, system integrators, ICT providers, or data center organizations.
- Strong network within the Saudi enterprise and government sectors.
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the Saudi telecom ecosystem.
