Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors
- Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Conduct sales presentations, demos and capability meetings
- Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and customer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Saudi Arabia
- Expand the company’s presence in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and networking events
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding
- Provide feedback to product management teams based on client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
- Track KPIs (pipeline value, conversion rates, revenue growth)
- Strong B2B sales experience in the Saudi market
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build long‑term relationships with Saudi clients
- Experience preparing proposals and commercial offers
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong follow‑up discipline
- CRM tools proficiency
- MS Office skills
- Understanding of digital marketing
- Experience in Technology, Consulting, Outsourcing, Training, or Services is preferred
- Arabic and English proficiency required
- Valid Saudi driving license
