Job DescriptionJob Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products and services, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Promote and present company products and services to clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
