Job Purpose

The Sales Representative at Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company plays a key role in driving the company's revenue growth by actively identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored solutions that satisfy clients while meeting company objectives.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective customers
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and support
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
  • Proven experience in sales or similar customer‑facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
