We’re Hiring:
Senior Business Development Manager – BFSI & Banking Solutions About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) sector in Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for a strong enterprise sales hunter with deep domain expertise in banking and financial services, capable of managing the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure and long-term account growth.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding business across banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, capital markets, treasury, and payments ecosystems
.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across BFSI clients in Saudi Arabia
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, stakeholder engagement, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior banking stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across:
  • Capital Markets
  • Treasury & Payments
  • Insurance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and go-to-market strategies
  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in BFSI technology landscape
What We’re Looking For
  • 10–12 years of experience in enterprise sales / business development within BFSI
  • Strong background in product/solution sales to banks and financial institutions
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end complex sales cycles and closing large deals
  • Strong domain expertise across:
  • Capital Markets
  • Treasury & Payments
  • Insurance & Financial Institutions
  • Consumer Banking
  • Strong network within the Saudi BFSI ecosystem is highly preferred
Industry Exposure (Preferred Advantage)

Experience with or exposure to banking platforms such as:

  • Strategic leadership role in a high-growth BFSI environment
  • Opportunity to work with leading banks and financial institutions
  • High-impact position with strong career progression
  • Competitive compensation and exposure to enterprise-scale deals
