About the job Senior Sales Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our cybersecurity business in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for our Enterprise Access Management (EAM/PAM/VPAM/MDA) portfolio while identifying and integrating complementary cybersecurity solutions to strengthen our offering.
The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise sales experience, market knowledge, and the ability to build strategic relationships across healthcare/ non-healthcare customers, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth- Own and deliver revenue targets in Saudi Market
- Drive sales of Imprivata Enterprise Access Management solutions portfolio
- Build and execute a sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and customer segments
- Analyze competitive landscape and position solutions effectively
- Develop go-to-market plans tailored to regional dynamics
- Enhance core offerings by identifying and onboarding complementary cybersecurity solutions
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to localize offerings for the region
- Position bundled or integrated solutions to increase deal value and differentiation
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, government entities, and strategic accounts
- Establish and manage channel partners and system integrators
- Lead complex sales cycles including negotiations and contract closures
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, and vendor teams
- Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and positioning
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
