Role: Sales Manager - Data Center Solution
Location: Riyadh
Contract: Permanent
Your Role: As a Sales Manager - Data Center Solution, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants in the data center sector. You will lead the sales process by identifying new opportunities, promoting Carrier’s advanced HVAC solutions, and supporting the technical and commercial aspects of the project lifecycle. This role plays a key part in strengthening Carrier’s presence in the KSA’s rapidly growing data center market.
RoleResponsibilities Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with data center clients and end users.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and project goals.
- Promote Carrier solutions to HVAC consulting firms and data center owners.
- Build and maintain a robust data center projects pipeline through incoming inquiries, client visits, and market intelligence.
- Track and update pipeline activity regularly to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
- Participate in framework agreements and ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and Carrier’s HVAC solutions.
- Understand and analyze HVAC system requirements to prepare compelling technical and budgetary proposals.
- Provide input to senior management to support the development of business plans for the data center segment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related HVAC field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC system sales, preferably with a focus on applied equipment.
- Experience in data center cooling solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build long-term client relationships.
