The Sales Manager
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the company’s sales activities across Saudi Arabia covering both B2B and B2C segments. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue, acquiring new corporate clients, expanding customer base, improving customer retention, and supporting the growth of the laundry chain’s branches across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
- Identify and acquire corporate clients such as hotels, restaurants, clinics, salons, gyms, companies, and residential compounds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients.
- Set sales targets for branches and sales teams and monitor performance.
- Create sales plans to increase revenue from existing customers.
- Coordinate with marketing to convert brand awareness campaigns into actual sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer needs, and pricing opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and ensure profitable deals.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and resolve sales-related issues.
- Develop loyalty, subscription, and repeat-business programs with the marketing team.
- Train, guide, and motivate sales representatives and branch sales staff.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines, and performance dashboards.
- Support new branch openings by building local sales opportunities in each city.
- Ensure CRM data leads follow-ups and customer records are properly maintained.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in services, retail, hospitality, laundry, facility services, or B2B solutions.
- Proven experience in managing B2B sales and key accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
- Experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to build sales pipelines and close deals.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
