Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential customers within target markets using digital tools, databases, and industry events.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, Linked In, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for sales executives.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Civil Engineering is a plus).
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in B2B technology or SaaS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—fluent in Arabic and English.
- Nationality:
Restricted to Saudi National Only (to meet Saudization quotas). - Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Hub Spot, etc.).
- Experience in construction technology, or industrial solutions sectors.
- Prior experience working in the Middle East region.
Location:
Riyadh, KSA – In Office. Travel Requirement: up to 25%.
