Regional Director - Saudi Arabia
The Regional Director – Saudi Arabia is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within an assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring a high‑performing sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will leverage market insights, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
- Oversee the hiring, development, and management of a sales team.
- Responsible for weekly sales forecasting of sales team performance.
- Establish sales training and incentive programs.
- Drive and innovate the development of sales strategies with the team.
- Work closely with marketing to develop and execute lead programs.
- Develop and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs.
- Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts, terms, and conditions, for high‑profile customers and channel partners.
- Provide sales consultation to executive‑level customers and partners.
- Collaborate across business units to create a results‑driven, team‑oriented environment.
- Negotiate software and/or services sales contracts while integrating contract requirements with business outcome objectives.
- Drive ongoing solutions training and education to the field to scale sales efforts.
- Develop relationships with key influencers and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Support key events and conferences by coordinating executive speeches and demos as needed.
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Security experience highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a people management capacity.
- Highly consultative sales background with superb communication skills.
- Experience and credibility selling to the C level.
- Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships.
