Position: Require a Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales executives and representatives.
  • Setting clear sales objectives and helping the team achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, retailers, and key customers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s customer base in Saudi Arabia.
  • Developing effective sales strategies to increase market share in the timber and plywood sector.
  • Monitoring market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring accurate sales reporting and maintaining customer information through Zoho CRM
    .
  • Tracking team performance and providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Coordinating territory coverage and ensuring excellent customer service across all assigned areas.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of products and providing customers with the right solutions for their business needs.
  • Ensuring all sales activities are carried out in line with company policies and professional standards.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the building materials, timber, or plywood industry
    .
  • Proven experience in sales supervision, team leadership, and business development
    .
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, distribution channels, and customer relationship management
    .
  • Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC markets will be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • The ability to analyse market trends, solve problems, and deliver results in a target‑driven environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM
    .
