Territory Manager – Fixed Term Contract.
Promote products to HCP through 1:1 meetings, presentations, and in‑service training. Meet with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders to finalize the sales process. Achieve sales and profit targets. Spend 75% of the working time in field activities. Maintain proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure field operations are properly conducted for customer benefit. Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our product range to potential corporate clients. Generate leads and handle all customer queries, including giving quotations and sales follow‑up to achieve the BP. Maintain good customer relations and coordination. Provide prompt and accurate product information and ensure stock availability and optimal consumption. Provide relevant product information and in‑service case support.
Negotiate patient cases with doctors. Service and maintain an existing customer base by delivering prompt, courteous, and reliable service while increasing and developing new customer bases and avenues of business. Organize all documents to ensure client demands are fulfilled.
University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Scientific or medical background preferred. 0–2 years of experience. Proficiency in Arabic & English required.
