As a Sales Executive, you will secure new business opportunities to drive revenue, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make each stay special.

• Generate new business leads:
  Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams.
• Grow customer accounts:
  Build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate and contract effectively:
  Secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies.
• Develop local marketing:
  Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally:
  Partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs.
• Provide visibility into sales efforts:
  Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership.
