Major Accountabilities
- Identify and prioritize high‑potential customers through data analysis of HCPs and stakeholders who influence prescription decisions.
- Drive sales performance by orchestrating positive customer experiences.
- Engage in value‑based conversations (in‑person and virtually) to understand customer challenges, decision‑drivers, pain points and opportunities.
- Personalize and orchestrate engagement journeys for target HCPs, reflecting preferences, leveraging content and multiple channels.
- Build sustained collaboration with HCPs to support Sandoz.
- Deliver memorable, customer‑centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation.
- Establish working relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers at territory level and challenge current behaviors to improve the patient journey.
- Develop deep customer insights and understanding; gather insights on the customer’s business.
- Translate customer feedback into actions that create additional value and exceed expectations.
- Use data to dynamically prioritize territory, account and interaction plans.
- Share insights with internal stakeholders to support product and indication content, campaigns and interaction plans.
- Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to design and implement solutions addressing unmet customer and patient needs.
- Act as a trusted partner to customers, listening, learning and positioning value‑add solutions.
- Act with integrity and honesty, treating customers and colleagues with transparency and respect.
- Speak up when ethical dilemmas arise.
- Live by Sandoz Code of Ethics and Values and Behaviors.
The Role
- Location:
Based in Riyadh. - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the private sector in pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrated strong selling competencies and proven sales performance track record.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of English language.
